1.) Assessment: Begin by submitting four videos of your pitching motion along with the questionnaire.
2.) Analysis: After reviewing your videos, we’ll schedule an in-person evaluation, which includes video analysis, 4D Motion analysis, and several movement assessments to identify key areas for improvement. You’ll also receive a voice-over recording outlining the inefficiencies we’ll focus on together.
5.) Practice Space: All you need is a 12-15 foot area with a net for “tarp work” — refining your mechanics. We’ll also schedule bullpen days to focus on location-specific pitches, incorporating the drills and cues we’ve provided.
6.) Basic Equipment: Based on your individual needs, we’ll recommend the essential equipment to enhance your training experience. Click HERE for a list of equipment you will need.
7.) Commitment: Plan to dedicate 60-75 minutes daily to your training, with flexibility to adjust based on your age and personal goals. Consistent effort is key to improvement!
