Our online training approach is uniquely tailored to each athlete — no generic drill libraries here! We believe in the power of personalized assessment, which is why we begin by having you submit four videos of your pitching motion along with a completed questionnaire. Once you’ve uploaded your videos and form, we provide a detailed video analysis to identify specific areas for improvement. You’ll also receive a voice-over recording outlining the inefficiencies we’ll focus on together.
Next, you’ll receive an email with a link to download our app. This app offers a customized practice and workout plan, designed specifically for you. You’ll log in to work through each routine, easily tracking your progress by checking off exercises as you complete them.
Communication is key! The app allows you to record and submit videos of any drills or exercises where you need guidance. We’ll provide prompt feedback to ensure you’re using proper technique and address any questions you have.
For your practice sessions, all you need is a 12-15 foot space with a net for “tarp work,” where you’ll focus on refining your mechanics. We’ll also schedule a bullpen day to work on location-specific pitches, integrating the drills and cues you’ve learned.
Some basic equipment is necessary, and we’ll recommend specific items based on your unique needs (Sample equipment list here). Expect to dedicate 45-60 minutes daily to your training, with the flexibility to adjust the number of days per week based on your age and personal goals. These factors are essential to your progress.
